General requirements for loss events of motor insurance
- Stay calm and try to limit further loss and damage to the property. Save what can be saved but do not put yourself in danger!
- Notify Seesam about what happened as soon as possible and follow Seesam's instructions.
- After notification send Seesam a motor insurance loss application, in the case of theft or robbery of the vehicle add a Motor Insurance Loss Application Stealing Form.

Traffic accident
- If as a result of an accident people have been injured, provide them with first aid and call an ambulance and the police. To call an ambulance, call 112, the emergency assistance number of the Rescue Board; the phone number of the police is 110.
- Switch on the emergency lamps of the damaged vehicle(s) or place the warning triangle on the road.
- If more than two vehicles have collided, write the names of the parties and the circumstances of the accident on the Traffic Accident Notice Form. Try to fill in all the gaps and make certain that the person who caused the damage confirms his or her liability for the damage with his or her signature.
- If the two parties do not reach an agreement regarding who is guilty, call the police. To do so, call 110.
- Follow the instructions given by the police.
Theft, robbery, vandalism
- Notify the police. To do so, call 110.
- Request the investigation results of the criminal matter from the police.
Fire
- Notify the Rescue Board. To do so, call 112.
- Request a certificate regarding the occurrence of the fire from the Rescue Board.
