Seesam must be notified of damage as soon as possible, but not later than within three working days of the occurrence of the insured event.
General requirements for loss events of pleasure boat and yacht insurance
- Stay calm and try to limit further loss and damage to the property. Save what can be saved!
- Notify Seesam about what happened as soon as possible and follow Seesam's instructions.
- After notification send Seesam a recreational craft insurance loss application.
- In the case of theft, robbery or vandalism, notify the police. To do so, call 110.
