If at the end of the period the annual cargo volume has turned out to be lower than forecast, can I have some of the insurance premium back?
If the actual cargo volume differs from that published upon entry into the insurance contract by more than 10%, a set-off will be made at the end of the insurance period based on the actual cargo volume. However, the amount to be refunded by Seesam will not exceed 50% of the initial insurance premium.
