Studies show that workers appreciate an employer who cares about their health and wellbeing. In addition to sufficient vacation time and flexible scheduling, the opportunity for health insurance has also become very important.

Company health insurance is intended for covering the medical expenses of the company’s employees. This health insurance supplements the national health care coverage and adds great value to an employee’s benefits package. This allows an employee to use private treatment services at a lower cost and receive needed treatment more quickly. Health insurance is suitable for companies of different sizes and in different fields.

Seesam’s health insurance includes a total of seven different services. Coverage extend to expenses for a specialist, hospital treatment, rehabilitation services, vision services and products, and dental treatment.

What does it cover?

Ambulatory family- and specialist services

Allows the use of private family doctor or specialist services without a referral. We cover visit fees, physician-ordered tests, analyses, and other procedures.

Hospital treatment

Permits expedited admission to hospital, using private services. We cover hospital room fees, additional costs for private rooms, and testing and treatment at the hospital.

Rehabilitation services

We cover appointments with rehabilitation specialists and the treatments they prescribe. For instance: physical therapy, therapeutic exercise, water therapy, activity therapy, massage.

Dental services

We cover dental expenses. For example, consultation, compiling a treatment plan, dental care, oral hygienist services, x-rays, anaesthesia.

Costs of glasses and contact lenses

We cover the costs of optometrist visits and glasses or contact lenses if visual acuity has changed.


We cover the costs of vaccinations (flu, encephalitis, travel vaccines, etc.)

Prescription drugs

During the term of the policy, we cover the costs of doctor-prescribed medicines.

As of 01.01.2018 a special discount tax exemption is in place to promote the health of workers, including a health insurance tax of up to 100 Euros per quarter (400 Euros annually). The tax discount applies on the condition that the employer offers the opportunity to enter into a health insurance contract to all the employees of the company.
