Head of property damages
Just like many good things often start by chance, I also ended up in the insurance sector by chance. I started at Seesam in 2008 as an assistant for property damages, became a claims handler a year and ten months later, and today, I am the Head of Property Damages. I find this work to be very diverse, offering challenges and opportunities for development. I deal with various loss cases on a daily basis, requiring expert and swift resolution.
Head of Corporate Underwriting Unit
I started at Seesam in 2020 as the Corporate Property Insurance Lines Manager and today Seesam has also entrusted me with the management of the Corporate Underwriting Unit, which allows me to deal with various issues on a daily basis in cooperation with my team – on one and the same day I may engage in issues related to customers, risk management and loss events. No two days are exactly the same at Seesam, and the varied work is what gives me the opportunity for continuous self-development and makes working here exciting for me.
The first Seesam office was opened in the spring of 1991 in Tallinn. Today, Seesam has branches in eight Estonian cities, and nearly 180 people are employed.
